An industry leader in data-driven intelligence, Komodo was deep into a funding round when they came to Distill Health for help filling an underperforming funnel for their Clinical Development products. Their sites were set on several key ICPs for their fast-growing portfolio, and tasked our team with building a content marketing program to drive demand for Komodo’s solutions.
With a short timeline to work with, we mapped out a robust, multi-channel approach and messaging framework that spanned a range of key audiences—ClinOps, Medical Affairs, and CROs—across multiple key channels. With that groundwork in place, we were able to rapidly develop and deploy a rich spread of ads and assets within weeks of kickoff.
Unfortunately, a restructuring at Komodo cut our program short before it was able to deliver its full impact. But as a testament to our work, no less than 5 Komodo alumni have gone on to start new partnerships with us!
